About Us

ChemSim is an interactive and informational website created to help Grade 10 students learn chemistry! There were several topics in our chemistry unit that we struggled with this semester, and we wanted to create resources to help our peers understand and explore concepts better in the future. Students can either use this as a self-study website or teachers can use this to make their lessons more interactive and visual. We hope you can benefit from this website. Have fun!

Hi! I'm Aidan, and I worked mainly on the Molecule Builder using HTML Canvas and Fetch API, as well as contributing to the the Lab Safety page and the general styling of the website in CSS.

Hello! My name is Sailesh, and I worked on the Chemical Reactions simulation, creating animations in HTML Canvas. I also developed the front-end of the site and Lab Safety using CSS and Bootstrap.
